14-Day Right of Withdrawal: As an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Simply contact us within 14 days to start the process.
30-Day Returns: Beyond the statutory period, we offer a 30-day return window. To be eligible, items should be in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Refunds: Once we've received and inspected your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
